X1R: Better now than ever!

One often buys a product that is desired, rather than needed. This buyer behaviour is coloured by good marketing as well as experience of other similar, yet inferior products/services. Such was my motivation when I bought my black X1R. The desire has now turned into a necessity, it's like having a phantom caddy!

 

It is very rare to have made a purchase of my X1R almost a year ago, and be MORE enthusiastic about it now than when it arrived. True, it did look spectacular and true it did all that was promised. It certainly was like a pot of honey with all the attention it drew at The Leatherhead Golf Club, where I am a member, and a similar reaction at Wentworth and The Wisley was to follow.

 

I am pleased that the 'chattering' front wheels have been changed, and that you can now buy it without all the bells and whistles, although the bag and a spare battery is to be advised. Another season is just over the horizon and having the X1R will ensure that whilst my golf may not get any better, it will be more enjoyable.
